The office is headed by Mr. Said Alsagheer. The office is responsible for all the documentary issues regarding students starting from their entry to the faculty till issuing their final certificate. It is also responsible for issuing students ID cards and keeping updated records for each year results. In addition to keeping a physical copies of all the important documents, all the information is tabulated and regularly updated electronically.
